About DegreeSight

DegreeSight is unlocking the legacy systems higher-ed runs on so colleges and universities can finally recruit, evaluate, and enroll transfer students at the speed today’s students actually move.

Who we serve

Colleges, universities, and higher-ed systems modernizing how they recruit, evaluate, and enroll transfer students.

What we build

An AI-powered platform that automates transfer credit evaluation, accelerates admissions, and drives enrollment growth.

Why it matters

Every clear answer we help an institution give is a student who chooses to enroll, finishes a degree, and gets to write the rest of their story.

About the Role

DegreeSight is growing fast, and every new partner is a relationship that has to be earned and kept. Implementations are complex, stakes are high, and the institutions we serve deserve a partner who’s accountable for outcomes, not just a launch date. We’re hiring a Partner Success Manager to own that relationship end to end.

This person sits at the center of the partner experience. During implementation, you’re the executive sponsor and strategic relationship lead, while the Technical Implementation Manager owns project management, scope, and technical delivery, you stay close, intervene when relationship risk or strategic alignment is on the line, and make sure the partner feels guided the whole way. After launch, you own adoption, retention, and expansion: the check-ins, the business reviews, the renewal and growth conversations.

You’re also one of our loudest, most credible public voices. You’ll create product videos and tutorials, host webinars, speak at conferences, publish case studies and white papers, and nurture the broader user community. If you’re an empathetic client advocate who’s just as comfortable on a stage as you are in a renewal conversation, we want to talk.
