DegreeSight is growing fast, and so is the complexity of the systems and data pipelines that power our platform. We’re looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Product & Technology team and provide hands-on analytical and technical support across our integration landscape.
Reporting into the Product organization, you’ll work closely with our Product Managers of Integration & Data and our Technical Integration Manager to ensure timely, high-quality responses to technical requests, thorough documentation of system behaviors, and rigorous analysis to inform product and engineering decisions.
This role was created specifically to expand our team’s capacity. You’ll be a force multiplier — reducing response latency to internal and external stakeholders and helping our product managers stay ahead of a rapidly growing workload.

Develop a solid understanding of DegreeSight’s integration architecture, establish yourself as a reliable resource for technical questions, and begin contributing to active projects.
Independently handle the majority of incoming technical analysis requests with minimal escalation, meaningfully improve documentation coverage, and proactively surface insights.
You’re a trusted partner across the team, enabling Integration & Data to take on greater strategic work because day-to-day analytical demand is well-managed.
