Join our Product & Technology team as a force multiplier across our integration landscape. You’ll analyze and document data flows, triage incoming integration and data requests, query source systems with SQL to validate accuracy and diagnose issues, and partner closely with our Product Managers of Integration & Data and Technical Integration Manager. 3+ years as a systems / technical product / business analyst, strong SQL, comfort with REST/SOAP APIs and ETL workflows, and a track record of producing crisp technical documentation.

You’ll run user research and journey analysis, design and diagram complex systems with us and our customers, and obsess over the small details — Apple-packaging energy — that turn integration-heavy workflows into something people actually love using. Strong fit for hybrid Product/UX folks with startup chops, or sharp recent MIS grads ready to learn fast.
